CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

24-0697 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on September 10, 2024.

A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT

AGENDA

24-0712 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class A: Beer & Wine Only liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from El Paso Mas Grande Inc. at 2134 W Galena Blvd., Aurora). [Ward 5]

Jennifer Stallings, City Clerk - CIty of Aurora and Jaime Rodriguez, Owner of El Paso Grande presented and answered questions regarding this item.

A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

CLOSED SESSION

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
