CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

24-0696 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on Monday, September 9, 2024.

A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT

AGENDA

24-0711 A Resolution authorizing the director of purchasing to order equipment from Graybar, Itasca, IL in the amount of $140,000 for RiverEdge Park in Ward 1.

Jason Bauer, Assistant Director of Public Works / Assistant City Engineer - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item.

A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:05 pm.
