2. Authorize a Modification to the Grundy-Kendall Regional Office of Education (GKROE) Youth Contract for PY2024 in an amount not-to-exceed $28,111.08

C. Action Item: One-Stop Center Provisional Certification

1. Determine that immediate action is necessary on behalf of the Board

2. Accept the Recommendation of the Certification Team regarding Provisional Certification of the One-Stop Center in Batavia

D. Action Item: Approval of Programs

1. Determine that immediate action is necessary on behalf of the Board

2. Approval of Continued Eligibility for Existing Providers with Both Existing and New Programs for Program Year 2024
