There were 43,271 white students enrolled in Kane County school districts in the 2021-22 school year, 1.6% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that white students made up 39.3% of the 110,118 students in Kane County during the 2021-22 school year. They were the second most represented ethnicity.

Among the 10 districts in Kane County, Community Unit School District 300 recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 8,903 students.
