The Village of Montgomery Board has approved the Property Tax Rebate Program for the 2024 tax year. Residential property owners in Montgomery who pay property taxes to the Village are eligible for a $75 rebate. The application period is open and will continue through December 31, 2025.
Residents must submit their applications online within the designated timeframe. All submissions are subject to approval by the Village. In-person or phone assistance will be available until December 31 at 3:30 p.m., taking into account the weekend and New Year's holiday schedule.
Applicants are advised to have a copy of their county tax bill ready before starting the online process. Those who do not have this document can obtain it from their respective county's website.
