CALL TO ORDER
Committee Clerk Kathy McCabe called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch to nominate Alderwoman Garza as Temporary PHST Chairman, Alderman Mesiacos seconded the motion, vote was 3-0.
