Chairperson Hart-Burns called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22-0784 Approval of the minutes of the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on September 27, 2022.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.
