City of Aurora issued the following announcement on June 23.
Aurora's #HeadsetHeroes are often unsung and under the radar - but we are changing that. Our 911 Operators will serve as GRAND MARSHALS OF THE FOURTH OF JULY PARADE on Thursday, July 4 at 10 a.m. in downtown.
They will receive a Special Proclamation this Tuesday, June 25 at 6 p.m. during the Aurora City Council Meeting at City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place.
They help keep Aurora safe. They help keep Aurora sound. They help keep AURORA STRONG.
