Batavia Park Dist Quarry Park issued the following announcement on June 13.
Want to go wacky in the water? Join in on the friendly competition at the Wacky Water Olympics from 12:30 – 4 pm Monday, June 18 at Harold Hall Quarry Beach, 400 S. Water St. Compete in sponge relay races, cannonball contests, liquid limbo, and more for a chance to win prizes! Make the most of the rest periods between swim times all afternoon.
Wacky Water Olympics is included in the daily admission fee, which is $8 for residents and $11 for non-residents. Individuals may also enter with their Quarry season passes. There is also a “Buy One, Get One” daily admission coupon available in the Summer Fun Guide and on the Quarry Special Event flyer.
Be sure to save the date for two more special events at the Quarry this summer: Beach Ball Bonanza on July 19 and So Long Summer & Swim on August 10.
