North Aurora Plan Commission hears request to revise Randall Crossing PUD

North Aurora Plan Commission met Tuesday, March 7.

The North Aurora Plan Commission reviews all applications for planned unit development; zoning applications; site plan reviews; and special use applications. Further, the Plan Commission reviews submitted applications and makes recommendations to the Village Board.

The Plan Commission reviews the effectiveness of the Zoning Ordinance and periodically reports recommendations for updates of the zoning ordinance to the Village Board. The Plan Commission is also responsible to assist in the development, review and amendment of the Comprehensive Plan as requested by the Village Board.

1. Approval of Plan Commission Minutes dated February 7, 2017.

PUBLIC HEARING

1. Petition #17-04 (Randall Crossing): The petitioner requests the following actions in the B-2 General Business District, Planned Unit Development:

a) A Special Use to allow a Major Change to a Planned Unit Development with deviations.

b) Map Amendment to establish the westerly 3.41 acres (Lot D) as R-3 General Residence District.

c) Site Plan Approval.

NEW BUSINESS
