Central Community Unit School District 301, which serves Kane and DeKalb counties in Illinois, recently shared updates highlighting student achievements and staff spotlights through its official Twitter account.

On October 4, the district celebrated a milestone for its football team with the post: "FINAL: Central Rockets are playoff eligible. 9 straight regular season road wins! #WeAreCentral #IHSA".

Two days later, on October 5, the district introduced a new feature in its #NewCrew25 series by posting: "We’re kicking off another spotlight in our #NewCrew25 series with Samantha Gehrs, Resource Teacher at Country Trails. She loves seeing her students grow — especially those 'small' wins — and you might just find her at Target on the weekends. #WeAreCentral #NewCrew25".

Continuing its coverage of student activities, on October 6 the district posted about golf competitions: "LUNCHTIME LINEUP: On today's menu, fresh off their @IHSA_IL Regional Title, @CHS_RocketGolf on the course at the Sectional in Buffalo Grove! Plus, CHS freshman Olivia Cavallari is the lone Rocket on the girls side golfing at the Waubonsie Valley Sectional! #WeAreCentral ".

Central Community Unit School District 301 encompasses several schools including Central High School and Country Trails Elementary School.
