There were 3,422 multiracial students enrolled in Kane County school districts in the 2023-24 school year, 0.3% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that multiracial students made up 3.2% of the 107,839 students in the county. They were the third least represented ethnicity.

Among the 10 districts in Kane County, School District U-46 recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 1,063 students.
