The City of Aurora's Engineering Division will hold an open house on Tuesday, August 5 to share details about a preliminary engineering study focused on the intersection of Montgomery Road and Hill Avenue. The event will take place at City Hall, located at 44 E. Downer Place in the 5th Floor Conference Room, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The proposed project involves widening and reconstructing Montgomery Road from Hill Avenue to Farnsworth Avenue. Plans also include improvements for bicycle and pedestrian access along this corridor.
City staff will be present during the open house to answer questions and gather feedback from residents about the planned changes.
Residents are encouraged to attend at any time during the two-hour window to learn more about the project and provide input.
