Sections 11-4A-10 (D-RSCM Residentially Scaled Commercial Mixed-Use District) and 11-11A-3(B)(1)(b) (Residential OffStreet Parking Design Standards) to reduce the north side yard setback from 5 feet to 0 feet to allow for the extension of the existing driveway to the east.
