Aurora recognizes excellence in historic preservation at city council meeting

At the recent City Council meeting, several individuals and organizations were recognized for their contributions to historic preservation in Aurora. Mayor Laesch presented the Mayor's Award of Excellence In Historic Preservation to the recipients, acknowledging their efforts in enhancing the community's beauty.

The awardees included Quincy and Terri Jeffries, Gary and Penny Mayer, John Rauch, Craig Wetter, Wendy Woodside and Family, and OnPath Realty Inc. The mayor expressed gratitude for their dedication to preserving Aurora's historical heritage.
