a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Annual Purchase of Distribution Material and Supplies for FY2026 in the Budgeted Amount of $460,000.00 Through Sourcewell Contract 091422wes from WESCO.

b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $67,000.00 for Sanitary Collection System Services.

c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $55,900.00 for Kirk Road Water Tower Painting Engineering Services.

d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Two 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Pursuit Vehicles in an Amount Not to Exceed $123,348.64 Inclusive of Transfer, Purchase, and Installation of Equipment and Exterior Graphics through State of Illinois Purchase Program/Sutton Ford Inc.

e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Adoption of the Updated City of Geneva Personnel Policy Manual.
