On May 13, the school district announced an exciting event: "LUNCHTIME LINEUP: It’s not just game day—it’s Community Night! The girls soccer team takes on Huntley under the lights. Come join the fun." The event encouraged families to participate in activities and support the Rockets soccer team as they faced off against Huntley.
The following day, May 14, another update was shared detailing additional sporting events: "LUNCHTIME LINEUP: Tonight's slate includes girls lacrosse on Rocket Hill and a softball rivalry battle with the folks in purple. Plus, championship season for track and field continues." This announcement also highlighted that the IHSA Sectional for girls' track took place that day.
