Non-residents face higher charges with a debt service fee of $16.96 and a minimum charge of $42.88 for the same initial volume, with additional usage billed at $10.71 per 1,000 gallons.

Sewer rates have also been adjusted. Residents will incur a minimum charge of $35.54 for up to 4,000 gallons and an additional rate of $8.88 per 1,000 gallons beyond that threshold. Non-residents are charged more with a minimum fee of $53.30 and an additional rate of $13.33 per 1,000 gallons.

The minimum billing amount over a two-month period is set at $75.44 for residents.
