Central 301 informs students about scholarships, early dismissal, and sports events

Central Community Unit School District 301, which serves parts of Kane and DeKalb counties, recently shared important updates for its students and families. The district includes several schools, such as Central High School and Prairie View Grade School, and strives to keep the community informed about various opportunities and activities.

On April 29th, the district reminded seniors that "Graduation is Around the Corner… and So Are Scholarships!" "Seniors, before you toss your cap, take time to secure some extra help for your next chapter. Scholarship Central has new opportunities waiting just for you." They encouraged seniors to apply for scholarships by sharing a link to more information.

On April 30th at 14:00 UTC, the district announced that it would have a change in schedule due to school administrative plans. "HALF DAY: Today will be an early dismissal day at Central 301 schools because of a School Improvement Day."
