The Three Headed Eagle Alliance will host its monthly Pints & Politics event on Tuesday, April 22, featuring Brian Costin, Deputy State Director of Americans for Prosperity-Illinois (AFP), who will speak on government accountability and efforts to launch a local and statewide DOGE—Defenders of Good Government and Ethics—initiative.

The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Eagle Brook Country Club, 2288 Fargo Blvd. in Geneva, and is open to the public.

“Three Headed Eagle Alliance's mission is to educate voters and challenge leaders,” Three Headed Eagle Alliance Chairman Debbie Kanarowski told Kane County Reporter. “Please join us on April 22 as we look forward to identifying opportunities for positive change in Kane.”

Costin will discuss ways to improve transparency and accountability in government, with a focus on forming local DOGE chapters across Illinois, including Kane County. He is also expected to cover policy initiatives such as the Prairie State Promise and strategies to reduce corruption and wasteful spending.

A longtime advocate for fiscal responsibility, Costin leads AFP-Illinois’ Watchdog Club and has served as a policy adviser to former Governor Bruce Rauner and Lt. Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti. He has also worked with the Illinois Policy Institute and the Heartland Institute on issues of transparency and local government reform.

“We invite you to join us on this journey as we strive to enhance the efficiency, accountability, and transparency of our local government,” Kanarowski said.

Organizers say the event provides a platform for civic engagement and informed discussion about how to enhance the efficiency and transparency of local government.

The entry fee is $15, which may be applied toward an annual membership. Members are admitted free to monthly programs. RSVPs can be submitted at threeheadedeaglealliance.org.
