Spring yard waste collection in Aurora is set to begin on Monday, running through April 20, offering residents a convenient way to dispose of their yard waste without requiring stickers.

During this period, residents can leave yard waste in 30-gallon recyclable paper bags at no extra cost. To ensure successful collection, each bag must not weigh more than 60 pounds.

It's important to note that yard waste will not be collected if it's mixed with garbage, or placed in garbage cans or plastic bags.

To learn more about the collection procedures and requirements, residents are encouraged to visit the official website at www.aurora.il.us/yardwaste.
