Ald. Marks serving as chair, called the meeting to order at 9:38 PM noting all council members were present with Ald. Malecki attending virtually.

Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of Contract with Tracy & Ed Construction, Inc. for Replacement of Trench Drains in an Amount Not to Exceed $240,000.00.

Recommend approval of Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Portable Radios for Public Works and Geneva Emergency Management Agency in an Amount Not to Exceed $355,411.00.
