*b. Approve Resolution No. 2025-27 Authorizing the Purchase of Portable Radios for Public Works and Geneva Emergency Management Agency in an Amount Not to Exceed $355,411.00.
*c. Approve Resolution No. 2025-28 Authorizing the Purchase of Replacement Vehicles Up to the Budgeted Amount of Through Sourcewell or Other Joint Purchasing Agreement.
*d. Approve Resolution No. 2025-29 Authorizing Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick for Water Main Construction Engineering Services in an Amount Not to Exceed $340,197.00.
