Fourth Street Parking Lot – Parcel 1: Requests for: 1) a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from “Parking” to “SingleFamily Residential”; 2) a Zoning Map Amendment from DRSCM to D-SFHR; and 3) an Amendment to the Fourth Street Parking Lot PUD to remove Parcel 1 from the PUD so that it can be incorporated as part of the petitioner’s property at 420 South Street.
