Ald. Cerone asked if government bodies can continue to return referendum questions to the ballot. Hichens confirmed that yes, they can.

Ald. Leman asked what would happen to the taxes if the referendum passes. Hichens confirmed that the new taxes would be contained to the amount of the bond retiring.
