4. Executive Session

The Labor Management Ad Hoc Committee moved into Executive Session at 11:39 a.m. to discuss collective bargaining and release of closed session minutes on a motion by Kious, seconded by Gumz. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

5. Open Session

The Labor Management Ad Hoc Committee returned to Open Session at 1:06 p.m. on a motion by Martin, seconded by Kious. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

1. Release of Closed Session Minutes

The Committee agreed with the recommendations of ASA Troost in a partial release of minutes from January 21, 2022, that reviews the closed session portion only, and for all other closed session minutes to remain confidential.
