First half of 2022: Sleepy Hollow experienced a 34.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Sleepy Hollow rose by $104,250 while total sales decreased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $409,250 - a 34.2 percent increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Sleepy Hollow for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,838, approximately 1.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
