What happened to the median home price in North Aurora during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in North Aurora rose by $19,894 while total sales decreased by 2.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,444 - a seven percent increase over the $285,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in North Aurora in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in North Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,778, approximately 2.2 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
