IV. Closed Session to Discuss Land Acquisition, Contracts, Litigation and Personnel The Committee moved into Executive Closed Session at 8:34 a.m. on a motion by Frasz, second by Lewis to discuss Land Acquisition.

The Committee returned to Open Session at 8:46 a.m. on a motion by Ford, second by Davoust, Roll Call Vote was taken, unanimous.

Chair Sanchez promoted the Maple Sugaring event will be held on March 5th and 6th 2022, at the LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve.
