What is needed are proven, effective solutions that lower gas prices today while paving the way to an environmentally friendly, energy independent future. The Biden Administration, along with his far-left allies like Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, are ignoring the common-sense solutions we need and instead offering failed policies that will do little to help working families.
The Biden Administration has halted construction of the Keystone pipeline and hindered new drilling permits on federal land, making it virtually impossible for oil companies to expand oil production. Instead of clearing regulatory hurdles, creating American jobs, and making our nation energy independent, the Krishnamoorthi/Biden plan is to plead with despotic regimes such as Venezuela and Iran to pump more oil while senselessly depleting our own strategic reserves.
Gas prices are at record highs because Congressman Krishnamoorthi and President Biden have decided their radical left-wing ideology is more important than the American people. It is time we had a Congressman in the 8th District who will put working families ahead of ideologues and insiders.”
