DOWNTOWN AURORA - Aurora Downtown will host its annual Egg Hunt on the Island on Saturday, April 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. with a storefront scavenger hunt continuing through Easter.

The free, all ages egg and fun hunt on April 9 invites families to explore downtown Aurora, visit participating businesses and museums, make crafts, and take part in scavenger hunts.

Similar to a First Fridays event, there are several participating venues, each offering a unique opportunity to enjoy. The event is rain or shine.

“We are excited to return to an in person event this year and involve more than a dozen downtown businesses in our non-traditional, downtown-wide egg hunt event,” said Marissa Amoni, manager of Aurora Downtown, a nonprofit of downtown business and property owners.
