On Feb. 28, Eli C Shorkey sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2231 Countryside Ave., Montgomery to Eduardo Ayala Ramirez and Evelyn Ramos Garcia for $255,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,147.61, 1.23% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $122,000 on June 12, 2012.

So far in February 2022, 19 properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eli Shorkey has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2231 Countryside Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eli Shorkey, 35, and Cristina A. Shorkey, 35.
