On Jan. 31, Edwin and Marina Gysel Goitia purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 662 Kelley Drive, N. Aurora from Gilbert Taveras Cruz for $370,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,516.90, 2.57% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $344,885 on May 26, 2005.

So far in January 2022, 14 properties sold in North Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edwin Jose Goitia has been registered to vote since 2020. Gilbert Cruz has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 662 Kelley Drive, N. Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edwin Jose Goitia, 33, Cesar Homero Martinez, 44, and Gilbert Cruz, 44.
