 Bom’ da Lot Street Art Gallery to be installed 8/28

 7 S Broadway rotating murals with augmented reality, scheduled for installation October, 2021

 13 S Broadway mural, scheduled for installation October, 2021

 June 2022 Mural Festival Proposal

 2022 Sculpture Series Proposal

 2022 Skate Park with Murals Proposal

7 S BROADWAY ROTATING MURAL PANELS WITH AUGMENTED REALITY RFQ APPLICANTS: DISCUSSION AND SELECTION

 All three bids submitted through RFQ discussed

 Qualifications of all three design firms decided to be equal

 The lowest bid, Midwest Immersive, voted on:

 Julie Gervais: Yes

 George Gutierrez: Yes

 Ray Ziganto: Yes

 Curtis Spivey: Yes

 Jane Regneir: Yes

 Mike Mancuso: Yes

 Landa Midgely: Yes

 Rafael Blanco: Yes

 The Commission unanimously recommends Midwest Immersive for the 7 S Broadway Rotating Murals, based on cost of bid and experience

13 S BROADWAY LEGACY MURAL RFQ APPLICANTS: DISCUSSION AND SELECTION

 All six portfolio and budget submissions discussed

 Vote held for applicant selection:

 Julie Gervais: Judith de Leeuw

 George Gutierrez: Judith de Leeuw

 Ray Ziganto: Judith de Leeuw

 Curtis Spivey: Judith de Leeuw

 Jane Regneir: Judith de Leeuw

 Mike Mancuso: Judith de Leeuw

 Landa Midgely: Judith de Leeuw

 Rafael Blanco: Judith de Leeuw

 Marc Straits: Judith de Leeuw

 The Commission unanimously recommends Judith de Leeuw, based on cost of bid, experience painting murals over 20’ in height, and proven ability to render realistic figures.
