1. Call to Order

Chairman Pierog called the meeting to order at 11:03 AM.

2. Approval of Minutes: September 18, 2019

State's Attorney Niermann advised on approval of minutes.

3. Settlement of Claims

Martin motioned to move into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. Tepe seconded. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

4. Executive Session (if needed)

The committee returned to Open Session at 11:42 a.m. on a motion by Martin, seconded by Tepe. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.
