The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $8,087.32. This is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 4, 2005 for $293,500.

So far in October 2021, 22 properties sold in North Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angela Dawn Shupe has been registered to vote since 2013. Jeremiah J. Shupe has been registered to vote since 2015.
