On Oct. 8, Edith Hernandez purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2151 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora from Kurt and Carol Ellen Fetzer for $240,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,253.64, 2.19% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 38 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carol E. Fetzer (67) has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
