Chairman Surges requested a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss, the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees. Motioned by Kenyon, Seconded by Bates. Motion carries by roll call vote.

The Committee moved out of Executive Session at 11:12 a.m. on a motion by Kenyon, seconded by Bates.

1. Resolution: Appointing Interim Executive Director of Human Resources Management Department

Chairman Surges requested a motion to move the resolution appointing an Interim Executive Director of Human Resources Management Department. Motion made by Kenyon, seconded by Allan. Carries by roll call vote. Surges acknowledged the resolution would move to the Executive Committee.
