1. Call to Order

Chairman Hoscheit called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.

5. New and Unfinished Business

Chair Hoscheit reviewed the purpose of today's meeting was to interview the 4 finalists during Executive Session.

6. Executive Session

The Committee moved into Executive Session at 1:05 p.m.

Motion made by Strathmann, seconded by Brown.

The Committee moved out of Executive Session at 4:29 p.m.

Motion made by Brown, seconded by McConnaughay.

7. Open Session

A. Vote to Approve Recommendations

Chair Hoscheit stated the committee had concluded the interview process and confirmed the next scheduled meeting on March 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. when committee members could participate in person or via zoom for a similar session.

8. Adjournment
