Village of Campton Hills Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals Met Jan. 25.

Meeting to be held remotely VIA Zoom due to COVID-19 Health and Safety Precautions.
1. Call to Order – Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

• Taylor Cook – Voiced concerns regarding Animal Unit Table in regards to qty. of chickens, storage of commercial and recreational vehicles and landscaping restrictions. Emailed comments on file.

• Ed Muncie – Thanked the Board and continue to listen to the public.

• Jesse Varsho - Set up a meeting between Campton Township and The Village to go over questions that were previously submitted in February 2020.

5. Unfinished Business:
a.) New Zoning Code
i. Summary on Recommended Changes to New Zoning Code.
Administrator Searl summarized the recommended changes into a draft document to be reviewed by the Plan Commission. Feedback from the Commissioners is appreciated.

Tentative for mid April.
6. New Business:
a.) APA (American Planning Association) Training Date and Importance
i. Motion to Schedule APA training date/Special Meeting
Virtual training is set for Wednesday, March 3, 2021, Administrator Searl will send out the training module to review to the Plan Commission.
Next Regular meeting scheduled for Monday, February 22, 2021.
