City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Starting Dec. 12 and continuing through Dec. 23, the Norris Cultural Arts Center will premiere brief videos at noon on their website and YouTube channel featuring free holiday-themed performances by local performers. First up, Mayor Rogina will read “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” also known as “’Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Mayor Rogina also serves as the virtual host of the series, presenting an introduction for each performance.
