City of Elgin issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.
It's the final week of Elgin's 2020 leaf collection programs.
On street leaf collection in designated areas ends Thursday, December 3.
Bagged yard waste collection ends Friday, December 4. *Stickers ARE required for yard waste bags Tuesday-Friday (December 1-4).
Yard waste will not be collected again until April 1, 2021.
