City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
We are just a couple weeks away from St. Charles Holiday Homecoming! The Santa House will be located in the First St. Plaza by Alter Brewing this year, every Saturday 1-4pm, Nov. 28-Dec. 19. visit stcholidayhomecoming.com for more info.
