CITY OF ST. CHARLES: St. Charles Holiday Homecoming

City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.

Holiday Homecoming is November 27-28. The event will look very different than years past. Since we will not be able to host the Electric Christmas Parade, we will be adding a Holiday Tree Trail and the Lighting of the Lights Ceremony will only be virtual.

Friday, November 27

Virtual Lighting of the Lights | 5PM

Help us kick off the Holiday Season by watching Mayor Rogina Light the Lights in Downtown St. Charles.

Coverage will begin right at 5pm on our Facebook page, but will be available to watch all season!

Saturday, November 28

Kick-Off to the Holiday Tree Trail | 1-4PM

Take a stroll down the 1st Street Water Front Walkway to see local organizations & businesses decorated trees. The decorated trees will be up all season so you can stop by anytime to see them!

Santa's House | Every Saturday | 1-4PM

Santa's House will be open for visitors from 1:00pm-4:00pm in the 1st Street Plaza.

Holiday Window Contest | 1-4PM

Take a stroll up & down Main Street & 1st Street to see local businesses decorate their windows! The window displays will be available all season to see!

Professional Ice Carver | 1-4pm

Come watch live ice carving demonstrations off Riverside Ave. across from Flagship from 1-4pm!
