The lot and parcel owners will develop and implement a maintenance plan for the Detention Storage Facility, record an easement over the Detention Storage Facility and establish a Special Service Area for said Detention Storage Facility (and off-site outfall – if required). The building permit for the Development that results in the exceedance of the 25,000 sq ft of new impervious area will not be released until a Stormwater Management Permit is issued for the Detention Storage Facility as outlined above. (Please note that the house and any impervious area existing prior to 2002 located will not be considered towards the trigger for Stormwater Detention.)
