City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
The City’s Leaf Collection Program will begin Oct. 28 for residents on the east side of the river, and Nov. 3 for west side residents. Residents on both sides of the river will receive three leaf collections each, through Nov. 30. Check the Leaf Collection page on our website for regular updates on the progress of the collections or refer to the Interactive Leaf Collection Map on the Kramer Tree Service (City contractor) website to track the collection crews.
