City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
The Fire Department is performing an underground flush test Friday, August 7, 2020, from 9-10 a.m. at 2015 Marlowe Boulevard in Prairie Center. Sometimes these flushes result in rust-colored water.
