1. Adoption of new commission bylaw that was amended and approved by City Council allowing electronic attendance at meetings. Elgin Municipal Code Section 3.03.130, as amended, entitled “Meetings; General Provisions” be and is hereby amended by adding a new thereto, entitled “Electronic Attendance at Meetings.”
2. Formation of new Climate Change work group.
3. Review of Grant Program of application and scoring criteria.
