Q4 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60134?

There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Geneva zip code 60134, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Kane County Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Nicholas Janacek. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2017, when he was 26. He is now 29.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
