City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on April 11.
For the safety of our employees during the COVID-19 crisis, we have temporarily suspended meter readings for the next 30 days. For upcoming billing cycles, utility usage will be estimated based on your previous consumption history. Thank you for your understanding as we work through this public health crisis.
